When compared with the developed countries, ours has a lower amount of matching sets, lacks high precision and large scale machinery and is unsatisfied with market demand. From the quality of the products, the quality gap of accessories lies in poor performance, stability and reliability, the unbeautiful appearance and rough surface. Many components are with poor quality, short life and low reliability, influencing the overall product quality;
In the domestic packaging machinery industry, ,we lack leading enterprises and the enterprises with large production scale and high-level products . China's paper tube machine industry still remains in the imitation and testing stage, with weak self development ability and the lack of scientific research and test base. In China, our scientific research funds are accounted for only 1% of sales account, while the foreign is up to 8%~10%.
The status of domestic paper tube machine gives us a lot of enlightenment,we need pay more attention to enhance the national emphasis on paper tube machine and enhance the capability of independent innovation and so on.
