Many components are with poor quality, short life and low reliability, influencing the overall product quality;
In the domestic packaging machinery industry, ,we lack leading enterprises and the enterprises with large production scale and high-level products . China's paper tube machine industry still remains in the imitation and testing stage, with weak self development ability and the lack of scientific research and test base. In China, our scientific research funds are accounted for only 1% of sales account, while the foreign is up to 8%~10%.
