Tapered roller bearing
Tapered roller, as a rolling body assembled in the bearing, is guided by the inner ring of the large side.
It can bear radial load and axial load in one direction and has high load capacity. As a high load capacity bearing, it has HR series increasing in the size of roller and roller number.
As with the general thrust bearing, two bearings are opposed to be used. In this case, it can be adjusted to the axial direction according to the same inner or outer ring similar intervals to obtain the set of clearance.
Because of the separation type, the inner ring and the outer ring can be removed separately.
Due to the different size of the contact angle, it can be divided into the general cone angle, middle cone angle and big cone angle. The number of roller arrangement can also be divided into double row and four row tapered roller bearings.
Generally it uses steel stamping cage.
